Location: Westchester County Center at 198 Central Ave. in White Plains. Time: 2:00 p.m. Commencement Ceremony Doors open to Guests at noon. All graduating students must arrive at 12:30 p.m. Undergraduates should proceed to the Exhibition Hall (down stairs) for line up.
